Your distributor puts the song on Spotify, Apple Music and the rest. YouTube, Reels and TikTok still want a video, and the first week of a release is when it matters. Tunalo makes a lyric video from the master you already sent, whether you release with DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, Amuse or anyone else.
From release day to video
- Upload your song. An MP3 or WAV, the same master you sent to your distributor.
- Check the lyrics. Tunalo writes them from the vocals and times every word. Fix a line if it misheard.
- Pick a look. A cinematic scene made for the song, your own image, or you in it from your photos.
- Render and post. An HD video, landscape for YouTube or vertical for Reels, Shorts and TikTok.
A release plan that includes the video
- Before release: upload the master, render the lyric video and a vertical cut for teasers.
- On release day: post the lyric video on YouTube with the description Tunalo writes, and link your streaming page in it.
- That week: post the 9:16 version to Reels, Shorts and TikTok, pointing back to the song.
Why a lyric video
Listeners search YouTube for a song's lyrics. A lyric video answers that search with your own upload, and gives fans something to share that is more than a cover art post.
